In this essential role, you'll contribute to one of Canada’s leading companies by securing assets and creating a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring store activities, conducting investigations, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. Given the high-volume nature of grocery and pharmacy settings, adaptability and commitment to safety are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prevent theft and fraud with a visible presence

• Safely apprehend offenders according to procedures

• Conduct internal and external investigations as needed

• Collaborate with leadership to implement loss prevention strategies

• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License

• Knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada and related laws

• Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools

• Excellent communication and professional presence

• Previous retail experience is an asset
