Female Counsellor at Community Living

Become a Female Counsellor at Community Living Cambridge, supporting individuals with dignity in developmental services. This temporary full-time position focuses on life skills and participant advocacy.

This role is available for internal staff only and is based at the Pine program, with responsibilities including maintaining confidentiality and assisting clients. You will manage a caseload, oversee records, finances, and collaborate with families and professionals while serving shifts that include days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in life skill activities daily

• Uphold confidentiality for all clients in your care

• Maintain primary records related to assigned individuals

• Conduct resident programs according to outlined duties

• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary education relevant to social services

• Experience with individuals who have disabilities

• Strong team player and well organized

• Valid driver’s license required

• Proficiency in Share Vision and MS Office
