These full-time or part-time roles involve crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and advocacy for marginalized women facing various barriers. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments for service access
• Provide essential needs and harm reduction support
• Liaise with Housing First Programs and Emergency Services
• Offer crisis intervention and supportive counseling
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Work/Social Services
• Experience with trauma and crisis management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of social housing systems in the Waterloo region
• Availability for rotating overnight shifts
