About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that transform how our clients operate their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements
Develop scalable AI solutions using modern frameworks
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and fine‑tune advanced AI models and tools, enhancing Heitech Soft's tech footprint and contributing to the evolution of AI as we know it.
Contribute to cutting‑edge research and the application of the latest AI technologies.
Master languages and tools such as Python, Lang Chain, and OpenAI API to tackle exciting challenges.
Dive deep into Linux/Ubuntu and vector (semantic) databases, and utilize your skill‑set to solve complex problems.
Pioneer new directions in generative AI, including text generation, text‑to‑speech, speech‑to‑text, summarization, conversational AI, and token classification.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar
Experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
