Position: Software Design Co-op Role at Eclipse
Join Eclipse Automation as a Software Design Co-op located in Cambridge, ON. You’ll work on cutting-edge control systems, software development, and machine installation on a global scale.

This full-time co-op position is focused on creating control software while engaging with advanced technologies such as robotics and motion controllers. You will report to the Software Design Supervisor and collaborate across departments to drive project success and elevate operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of PLC and PC-based software

• Participate in system debugging and commissioning

• Test and integrate various hardware and software elements

• Foster integration methods for improved safety and cost

• Document project outcomes and provide training to customers

Requirements:

• Currently in an engineering degree program

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Strong team coordination capability

• Previous co-op experience is an asset
