Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical input on system concepts and control strategies
- Design PLC and PC-based control software architectures
- Integrate motion, vision, safety, sensors, and peripheral equipment
- Deliver software across project milestones, scope, and budget constraints
- Mentor junior team members through technical guidance
- Seven-plus years in industrial automation controls software design
- Experience with complex PLC- and robot-based systems
- Strong architecture, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects with minimal oversight
- Clear technical and customer-facing communication
