- Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year - Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year Tasks - Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor department's performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Recruit staff
- Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
- Ensure transport compliance with regulations
- Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
- Negotiate for services and preferential rates
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
- Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue Employment terms options
