Forklift Operator - Night Shift

We seek an experienced Forklift Operator to support our client's operations in a cross dock environment. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of forklift experience, with preferred skills in leadership and freight handling. Taking initiative during the Friday shift, you will ensure optimal team function, supporting workflow and meeting all operational deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully operate a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced setting

• Load and offload freight while ensuring weight distribution

• Monitor damages and maintain accurate records of freight handled

• Skid products efficiently, and conduct weighing and cubing

• Serve as a key point of contact during Friday night operations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant forklift experience

• Leadership experience in a logistics or warehouse setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of loading and unloading freight procedures

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

• Reliable attendance for the scheduled shift
