In this role, you will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, overseeing transportation operations, and coordinating logistics activities with various departments. With a focus on technical guidance and workforce training, you will manage over 20 employees, including truck drivers, ensuring optimal workflow and quality improvements throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop plans to prioritize and optimize logistics
• Oversee operational logistics within the organization
• Train and supervise workers on duties and policies
• Prepare and submit operational reports
• Resolve work-related problems to boost productivity
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• High school graduation certificate required
• Proficiency in dispatch management software and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
• Eligible to work in Canada
