Position: Shipper Dispatcher ON

This full-time role reports to the operations manager and involves managing customer orders and logistics. You’ll need strong problem-solving skills, experience in shipping, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Word and Excel. This position is essential for maintaining communication with multiple teams and ensuring smooth operations within our renowned metals distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely shipping of customer orders

• Organize deliveries based on product mix

• Update order statuses in Metalware

• Complete required shipping documentation

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Experience in a distribution shipping role

• Knowledge of transportation legislation

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient organizational and time management skills

• Metals industry knowledge preferred
