Join Ledcor as a Transportation Compliance Coordinator to drive efficiencies and improve transportation safety. Your expertise in compliance will be vital in ensuring our operational standards align with NSC regulations.
In this office-based role, you will proactively identify compliance gaps through field audits while compiling and examining driver and equipment records. Training staff and assisting in documentation updates are key aspects of your responsibilities, ensuring our compliance program remains robust and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and review driver and equipment records
• Obtain and review NSC Carrier Profile data
• Monitor post-on-road violations and generate reports
• Conduct internal safety audits regularly
• Support safety meetings and NSC Spot Checks
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong research abilities
• 2-5 years of experience in NSC preferred
• Proficient with Excel for reporting purposes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
