Warehouse Shipping Specialist at Motion

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Specialist to enhance logistics processes. Execute shipping and receiving tasks while ensuring the highest accuracy and organization.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving under direct supervision. You will be responsible for picking orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring products are correctly sorted and stored. This position demands attention to detail in maintaining a well-organized workspace and reporting inventory discrepancies to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and check orders accurately for shipment

• Secure packages to prevent damage during transit

• Sort and place items according to organization codes

• Maintain an orderly and safe warehousing environment

• Process customer returns and document transactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Basic math and computer literacy needed

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs

• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving history

• Forklift operation certification may be necessary
