9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:  $23.00 - $25.00/hr
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and dependable person to support our customer's transportation team as a Dispatcher, playing a key role in coordinating daily operations and driver activity in a fast-paced environment. You will manage incoming requests, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure drivers receive timely information to operate safely and efficiently.

Job Description:

Coordinate schedules for city drivers and outside carriers for LTL deliveries
Communicate clear instructions with all parties
Monitor and track shipments and relay information
Provide clear communication, resolve shipment issues and delays
Requirements:
Previous dispatching experience operating in a fast-paced environment
Above average knowledge in transportation
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with multitasking
Previous experience with AS400 is preferred
