As a Courier at Fed Ex, you will play a pivotal role in our logistics operations by ensuring packages are picked up and delivered on time and in good condition. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pick-up and delivery along assigned routes
• Check package conditions and dimensions accurately
• Follow established courier protocols and procedures
• Communicate shipping information clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Preferred customer service background (1 year)
• Full G driver's license is necessary
• Ability to operate tracking and dispatch systems
• Bilingual candidates in Quebec are preferred
