Deliver packages for Fed Ex Canada using customer service, route management, and safe driving skills in a permanent part-time position.
This Courier position provides courteous, efficient pickup, and delivery on an assigned route. You will check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service and provide related customer service. The schedule runs Tuesday through Friday, from 10:25 to 18:25, and requires a full G license.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
- Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service requirements
- Provide related customer service functions for shipments
- Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment when required
- Work scheduled shifts and holidays based on business needs
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Flexibility, organization, multitasking, and stress-management abilities
