Boom Truck Operator

Operate boom trucks in Cambridge, Ontario, using mobile crane skills, safe driving practices, and customer-focused delivery service. This is a full-time position.
The Boom Truck Operator transports products to job sites and places materials where requested. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, maintenance, dispatch communication, and construction-site coordination. The position requires a valid DZ or AZ licence, crane certification, and practical communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform circle-checks and complete required logbook entries
Transport loads while following road rules and company standards
Operate boom and mobile cranes during loading and unloading
Verify load security, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with dispatch, customers, trades, and warehouse staff
Requirements:
Valid DZ or AZ driver’s licence, or equivalent
Minimum two years’ driving experience and clean driver’s abstract
0–8-ton mobile crane certification and one year’s experience
Practical written and oral communication skills
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and climb stairs
