Insight Global seeks a Transportation Coordinator for a top retail client’s Transportation team. The role supports day-to-day operations through documentation, systems updates, invoice processing, and operational reporting. Success requires related experience in transportation, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or a similar environment, plus strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review driver information for transportation operations
Maintain route, vehicle, and compliance documentation
Update transportation systems and SharePoint records
Process invoices and purchase orders
Prepare scorecards, cost-efficiency reports, and operational KPIs
Requirements:
One or more years of related operational experience
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Data entry experience using Excel
Strong communication with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
Availability for onsite twelve-hour overnight shifts and weekends
Apply transportation coordination, documentation, Excel, and reporting skills to support retail logistics operations in Cambridge, Ontario.
