Join Bunzl Canada as a Warehouse Manager, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and improving KPIs. Shape and lead a motivated team while maintaining compliance and safety.
As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll supervise daily warehouse activities, recruit and train staff, and uphold safety regulations. Performance management and regulatory compliance will be your primary focus, alongside driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance reviews and enhance employee development
• Lead daily operations and compliance audits
• Optimize productivity and improve KPI outcomes
• Conduct safety training and maintain clean warehouse standards
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and usage
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related experience in warehouse management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ELD experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule capability with hands-on approach
• Ability to lift heavy items and work safely at heights
