Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates and forklift operators

• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment every shift

• Maintain inventory accuracy through monitoring and cycle counts

• Enforce health and safety policies and company procedures

• Lead and develop employees to meet operational goals

Requirements:

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and shipping processes

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Valid forklift certification preferred

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
