Distribution Supervisor Night Shift

Dare Foods is hiring a Distribution Supervisor for the Night Shift, working Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Lead warehouse operations while ensuring safety and efficiency.

This hands-on role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is perfect for an organized leader experienced in supervising warehouse teams. Your focus will be on accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and promoting a productive work environment. As a leader, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse associates

• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels effectively

• Enforce health and safety and food safety policies

• Lead team development and training initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse settings

• Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution operations

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

• Valid forklift certification preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
