Overview
Office Assistant — Part-time, 10 hours/week to start
Location: On-site – Cambridge, MD
Compensation: $15/hr to start
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities- Checking and scanning mail
- Checking voicemail and relaying messages
- Light personal assistant tasks (errands, organizing tasks, scheduling)
- Assisting with business development tasks (training provided)
- Monitoring federal contracting opportunity sites (training provided)
- Is highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Has strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Is comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Has basic computer skills (email, scanning, Google Docs, etc.)
- Is dependable and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Wants flexible, part-time work with potential for growth
- Is curious about federal contracting or business development
- Works well without direct supervision
