Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)**

*** Read and understand procedures and instructions on customer service processes.
* Answer calls promptly and courteously.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Enter customer orders into the current order management system (SAP) on a daily basis.
* Knowledge of products and technical information.
* Knowledge of alternate products based on cost, availability, and customer requirements.
* Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
* Manage assigned distributor accounts.
* Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery to customers.
* Follow all safety protocols.
* Run ZOTCM report daily.##                         ##
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Must have at least 2 years experience in internal and/or external customer service or Customer related administration.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.
* SAP experience preferred but not required.
* Experience with Google platform preferred.
* 2 years experience in a fast paced order entry center preferred.
* Good understanding of SAP. (Preferred)
* Must be able to multitask efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must be able to pay close attention to details.
