Base pay range

$153.00/hr - $200.00/hr

Emergency Department

• ED Volume: 14,000
• ED Beds: 22 with 2 resuscitation pods and 2 psych rooms
• 24h physician coverage with 10 hour APP coverage daily for average volumes of 48/day
• ED Admission Rate: 11%
• EMR:
  Epic
• Full-service, free-standing emergency department (FSED)
• Dedicated CT with 24/7 read by radiology 24/7
• Emergency services include pediatrics, mental health, and sexual assault treatment
• MRI is available Monday through Friday
• Case Management support on-site
• Case management support is 12h/day but is based in Easton
• All UM shore sites have helipad
• All UM shore sites have glide scope and Phillips Sparq or sonosite US available
• All sites have Behavioral health response team and sexual assault response teams available 24/7
• All sites have 24/7 flow/transfer coordinators.

Salary

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $153/hour to $200/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
