We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Assistant to join our team! If you’re compassionate, energetic, and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others, this is the role for you.

• Lead and assist with group activities and special programs.
• Provide meaningful one-on-one activities tailored to individual residents.
• Offer input and support in planning creative, engaging activity schedules.
• Escort and assist residents to and from activity programs.
• Promote a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

• Previous experience in activities or recreation preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
