We're seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our supportive and mission-driven team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, outcome-focused environment, helping individuals and families achieve meaningful change. Ideal candidates are passionate about serving diverse populations and bring strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a trauma-informed approach.

• Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy (individual, family, group)
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other professionals
• Offer crisis intervention as needed
• Advocate for clients in accessing community and social supports
• Participate in ongoing trainings and professional development
