This role involves providing exceptional beverage service during events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all alcohol service regulations.

• Engage in casual conversation, creativity, and build your own style.
• Assess guest needs, preferences, and make recommendations.
• Comply with state and local serving guidelines.
• Be knowledgeable about drink ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Be well-versed in all hotel information, including other restaurants and offered amenities.
• Customize the guest experience by appreciating unique guest needs.
• Place proper attention to appearance and presentation of all beverages.
• Ensure the bar is set and the surrounding area is clean.
• Be resourceful and go above and beyond when fulfilling guest special requests.
• Communicate to managers and supervisors any guest concerns or issues.
• Ensure the last guest enjoys the same clean and presentable experience as the first.
• Adhere to all hotel and departmental standards and policies, including attendance, cash handling, and side work responsibilities.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and functional.

• Previous bartending experience.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
