The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on‑site meeting contact. This highly visible position is the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests, requiring detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

• Represent the Hyatt brand and build a connection with the meeting planner to ensure that the hotel has a positive image.
• Stay in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure that all planner and hotel requests are met.
• Act as the eyes and ears for all meetings and special events, communicating specifically with the Events Department to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
• Check all event space and compare it to event orders prior to planner arrival to make sure everything is ready exactly as desired.
• Communicate and address concerns and opportunities with planners, helping quickly find creative solutions.
