Our Welder is responsible for performing setup on all entry‑level welding components, ensuring alignment, dimensions, and weld quality meet strict standards.

Day Shift: Tuesday – Friday (5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), Mondays Off.

Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour.

• TIG welding 90% and MIG welding 10% using multiple materials (steel, galvanized, stainless).
• Work in teams of two associates per project.
• Set up welding machines properly.
• Prepare by ripping and trimming wire belt specifications (70% of prep time).
• Inspect welds for imperfections.
• Maintain accuracy with alignment, dimensions, materials, and component counts.
• Interpret work orders and collaborate with coworkers and QA associates.
• Work within the parameters of estimates and work orders.
• Wire crimping and machine operating (training provided).

• One‑year certificate from college, technical school, or 3–6 months of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Valid welding certificate preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective verbal communication in small groups.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to instructions.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (tape measure, dial caliper).
• Adherence to all safety policies and programs.
• Basic computer skills for shop order review.

• Work in a manufacturing environment; frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and handling controls or products.
• Lift or move up to 50 pounds.
