Maintenance Engineer Technician

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Engineer Technician at Regal Rexnord, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting the production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Salary Range: $27 - $30/hour

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 5:00 am – 3:30pm (Mondays off)

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Assist with building maintenance, including light bulb changes, basic welding, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
• Communicate effectively with management, operators, and external contacts via email, phone, and in person.
• Prioritize tasks daily and maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Follow Regal Rexnord’s serían 6s program and safety guidelines.
• Implement process improvements in collaboration with engineering and management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s or technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands‑on experience with hand and power tools; basic welding/fabrication skills preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS and record keeping of preventive maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Capability to operate forklifts and platform lifts; ability to work at heights (4+ ft).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic arithmetic, measurement, and technical reading abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• 40‑50 work hours per week; overtime may be required.
• Ability to traverse the production facility and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
