Position: Program Assistant - Up to $30/hr

Program Assistant - Up to $30/hr

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide responsive support to key programs within our portfolio. As a Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with day-to-day program operations and logistical planning for several high-impact student initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in different initiatives that our group is working on. As a Program Assistant, you will have the chance to contribute to various programs and make a positive impact on our community.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily programmatic needs of designated initiatives, including event coordination and logistical planning
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events, including reserving spaces, preparing materials, and coordinating vendors
  • Manage moderate email correspondence related to assigned programs, including reminders and RSVP tracking
  • Provide in-person support for evening and occasional weekend programs
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students and community members
  • Contribute to additional administrative or logistical tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in supporting events from beginning to finish
  • Attention to detail:
    Share an example of a time when you had to handle multiple events and how you kept organized
  • Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed
