We’re seeking an experienced Business Development & Strategy Lead to drive our go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. You’ll work directly with our technical founders to translate breakthrough sleep technology into compelling market opportunities.

• Design and validate go-to-market strategies for our sleep enhancement products
• Develop pricing models and revenue projections across different market segments
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities in consumer, medical, and enterprise segments
• Build relationships with potential partners, investors, and key industry stakeholders
• Create business cases for new product features and market expansions
• Lead market research and competitive analysis efforts
• Drive strategic planning and business model optimization

• 3+ years experience in business development, strategy, or product management
• Track record of bringing innovative technology products to market
• Experience in healthcare, consumer technology, or sleep industry
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build financial models and market projections
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences
• MBA or equivalent business experience
• Demonstrated success in B2C and/or B2B product launches

• Startup experience, particularly in hardware/software products
• Experience raising venture capital or managing investor relationships
• Network in sleep medicine, neurotechnology, or digital health
