About This Role:

As the Director of Global Launch Excellence for Lupus, you will join our dynamic Immunology team, acting as the primary Launch Excellence partner. In this role, you will guide the cross‑functional Global Launch Commercialization Team through key planning milestones, ensuring the delivery of impactful launch plans. You will manage integrated launch plans that align with both product and company strategic objectives, leveraging your extensive knowledge across the industry to anticipate future success drivers.

Your role will bring significant value to our business by creating frameworks that enhance our launch strategies and bolster our market presence. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be at the forefront of shaping our global launch strategies, working closely with regional and local teams to ensure alignment and integration.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive strategic and operational rigor in building integrated launch plans, managing timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Provide Project Management support to the team, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Act as a vendor liaison, supporting contract and Purchase Order enablement and project updates.
  • Identify needs and gaps in project management tools, introducing best practices for future launches with cross‑functional teams.
  • Partner with Customer Market Insights, Value & Access, and Medical Affairs to track and assess launch readiness KPIs.
  • Collaborate with regional/local launch teams to ensure alignment between global and regional strategies.
  • Analyze and communicate decision points and risks, framing options within the broader launch context.
  • Ensure effective communication within the Commercialization team and between regions to support informed decision‑making.
  • Lead Launch Team Meetings and work with indication sub‑teams to track progress and drive launch accountability.
  • Ensure sound annual financial planning for pre‑launch efforts, driving data‑driven decisions and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Establish and track Launch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree;
    Advanced Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with at least 3 years in strategic or tactical roles supporting launch readiness
  • Experience in the SLE, Rheumatology, or Immunology space
  • Strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Broad scientific and business acumen, with an understanding of cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and critical attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management software like MS Project, Smart Sheets, and PowerPoint.

The base compensation range for this role is: $‑$

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
