Global Healthcare Services Inc | Full time
You will be the main point of contact for a book of 40–80 accounts, owning outcomes after the sale. Success means customers who adopt the product fully, renew on time and refer others. You will work closely with sales, support and product.
Own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, retention and growth.
Responsibilities- Run onboarding, check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Monitor account health and act on churn risks
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Relay customer feedback to product and sales
- 2+ years in customer success, account management or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with CRM and support tools
- Reliable remote workspace and internet
- Build customer success plans with clear goals and milestones
- Forecast renewals and report on retention and expansion revenue
- Lead escalations and coordinate fixes across teams
- SaaS or B2B background
- Experience with Gainsight, Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated customers
