Tend is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Massachusetts to deliver preventive and periodontal care in a modern studio with the support of a dedicated dental assistant. You’ll work within Tend’s Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, collaborating with dentists and the studio team to optimize patient care and production.
Two compensation plans are offered:
Plan A with a higher base and no bonus, Plan B with base plus a monthly performance bonus.
