Overview
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, MITES SATURDAYS, MITES, will oversee the administration and execution of the program with a collaborative team during the academic year. MITES Saturdays Program in MIT Introduction to Technology, Engineering, and Science within the MIT School of Engineering is a rigorous, 16-session, STEM enrichment program focused on exposing ~135 7th-12th grade students from Boston, Cambridge, and Lawrence, MA, to science and engineering fields, while supporting each to reach their highest academic potential.
Responsibilities- Oversee the administration and execution of the program in collaboration with a team during the academic year.
- Manage logistics, planning, staffing, training, evaluation, student recruitment and selection.
- Coordinate communication and engagement with stakeholders such as parents, students, alumni, vendors, and speakers.
- Adhere to MIT policies regarding working with minors.
