MLWs will prep, plan, and debrief at their high school in teams of four, spending 4‑5 hours per week. Additionally, MLWs should be prepared to facilitate math modules/workshops at their assigned middle school for 90 minutes per week plus 60 minutes to set up and debrief.

- Plan (revise or create lesson plans, assign roles, collect materials)
- Practice & Professional Development (mock facilitate, give each other feedback)
- Create or design a new game or activity
- Team building activities (with fellow MLWs, teachers, and staff)
