A growing independent school in Cambridge is seeking a Founding Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a new classroom during the school's opening year. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of early childhood experience and a passion for nurturing students in a play-based, inquiry-driven environment. Responsibilities include designing engaging lessons, fostering strong relationships with students and families, and contributing to a self-reflective, anti-racist organization.

Competitive salary between $65,000 and $110,000 commensurate with experience.
