  • Identify key deliverables and dependencies, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure plans are in place to meet program milestones.
  • Independently drive solutions to complex problems—develop requirements, propose ways forward when requirements are unclear, and adapt to changes.
  • Establish and maintain a process for a common parts library.
  • Interface and coordinate decisions from stakeholders—including designers, component engineers, procurement agencies—to assess enabling technologies and part selection.
  • Maintain the Approved Parts List and interface with Design Environment Infrastructure.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain Management requirements, including Program Protection.
  • Contribute to the development of Procurement Plans/Strategies.
  • Contribute to the establishment of supplier quality requirements and conduct supplier evaluations and supply chain risk management assessments.
  • Contribute to the establishment of part specification requirements and associated templates.
  • Define prototype acceptance requirements, production quality levels, production traceability requirements, and production acceptance approach.
What You Bring
  • Experience working with electronic parts, circuit card assemblies, radiation-hardened testing, and parts acceptance requirements.
  • Experience working with evolving requirements involving cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers, suppliers, and employees in resolving issues.
  • Assist in improving manufacturing, processes, and product efficiency to reduce nonconforming products.
  • Ensure products meet organizational and customer quality and product integrity requirements.
  • Support product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
  • Participate in cross‑functional teams to determine root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills / Abilities
  • Ability to work on cross‑functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality standards.
  • Expert knowledge and skills in process integration.
