Job Description SummarySeeking an experienced electronics testing engineer for our Integration and Test group. Must have test definition, planning, execution, and reporting. Comfortable with diverse test instrumentation and control software. Experience with field tests, memory/digital devices, and radiation testing is valued, though not required.
Role requires supporting multiple teams, evaluating and validating components in challenging environments. Travel required and work out of Draper Cambridge office.
Duties/Responsibilities- Take ownership of assignments, guide others, and track priorities, scope, cost, and schedule.
- Develop plans, approaches, and procedures for complex I&T problems across program lifecycle, adapting to changes.
- Contribute high-quality technical reports and presentations, presenting to stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
- Mentor less experienced engineers, providing constructive feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Curiosity-driven problem solving in a multidisciplinary context.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with program team, leadership, and non‑technical personnel.
- Team player in a fast‑paced environment balancing multiple tasks.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
ExperienceRequires 5-7 years in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.

- Requires an active government security clearance; active clearances preferred.
