As a Real Estate Investment Accountant
, you’ll manage the financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations for commercial real estate assets. You’ll ensure accurate property-level financials, provide insights into tenant accounts and investment performance, and support internal reporting efforts.

• Break into the investment side of commercial real estate with a $4B+ portfolio

• 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Yardi, Buildium, or similar systems

• Familiarity with Real Page software
• Excel modeling or advanced spreadsheet skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple property accounts simultaneously
