• Payrate of $35-37/hr
• Hybrid set up

• Ensure compliance for department and research accounts
• Oversee financial activities related to sponsored programs and gifts
• Prepare, review, and submit budgets for various accounts and projects
• Reconcile monthly accounts and generate financial reports
• Track and monitor the financial performance of grants and contracts to ensure adherence to guidelines
• Manage payroll and salary distribution adjustments
• Monitor account balances and prepare accounts receivable invoices

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Familiarity with federal research regulations and academic administration preferred
• Experience with SAP, Kuali Coeus, Quick Base, and electronic proposal submission software a plus
