Associate, Energy & Industrials Investing

Temasek is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their New Energy & Industrials team in New York. This role involves identifying investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and engaging with various stakeholders. It’s a great chance for someone with a couple of years of experience to grow in a dynamic investment environment.

• Identify key sector developments and investment opportunities
• Conduct research and financial analysis on companies
• Develop financial models and presentations for evaluations
• Build expertise in various investment sectors
• Monitor existing investments and inform decisions
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Support project teams with reporting and administration

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Good understanding of financial statements
• Positive attitude and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
