Job Description Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team at Bella Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments, excellent client care skills, and a strong ability to work in a collaborative environment. This role involves providing high-quality aesthetic services, recommending treatment plans, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Additionally, the candidate will use social media to promote our services and engage with our online community.

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling and dermaplaning.
• Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as product recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety protocols in all treatment areas.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and technologies in aesthetics.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and practitioners to create a welcoming and cohesive environment.
• Promote and upsell Bella Aesthetics' products and services to clients as appropriate.
• Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to showcase treatments, share client testimonials, highlight promotions, and engage with followers to build brand awareness.

• Valid state license as a Medical Aesthetician/Esthetician.
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and technologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
• Proficiency in using social media to promote services and engage with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
