* Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements and Responsibilities
*

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license (as applicable)
• Experience in geriatric rehab preferred
• Complete evaluations and build individualized therapy plans
• Deliver and adjust treatments aligned with clinical goals
• Ensure proper documentation and physician coordination
