Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist (part‑time)
Cambridge Biotherapies is seeking a warm, skilled, and collaborative therapist to join our Cambridge and Beverly clinical teams as a Part‑time Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP). This role offers the opportunity to be part of a mission‑driven practice providing evidence‑based care for individuals navigating complex or treatment‑resistant mental health conditions.

Your RoleAs a KAP therapist, you will:
- Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions using ketamine‑assisted therapy frameworks
- Collaborate closely with infusion nurses and prescribing providers to co‑create personalized treatment plans
- Provide timely documentation and communicate with referring providers as appropriate
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and ethical standards in all aspects of care
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training
Required:
- Independent Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
- Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care
Preferred:
- 2+ years of psychotherapy experience, particularly with treatment‑resistant or complex mental health presentations
- Experience with ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy or psychedelic integration work
- Familiarity with KAP preparation/integration models and safety considerations
- A supportive team of clinicians and medical staff who value ongoing learning and collaboration

Job Type: Part time (15 hours/week)
