Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

A full-semester contract role is available for a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve within a K‑12 school environment in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on evaluations and consultation while collaborating with a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver direct services effectively.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across elementary and middle school grades.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric populations.
• Consult with educators and families to support student communication goals.
• Provide specialized support tailored to the needs of pediatric populations.
• Collaborate with school staff and SLPA to deliver direct services and indirect services as needed.

• Valid certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC preferred).
• Experience working in school‑based settings with pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with pediatric speech‑language disorders and evaluation processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational and support staff.
• Previous experience or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate is welcomed.
• Comfort with consultation roles and indirect service delivery models.

• Elementary School: 8:20 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Middle/High School: 7:20 a.m. – 2:40 p.m.
