The Bilingual In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese—required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting – highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Option of a traditional 5 day or 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday

- Full-time Salary: $64,000 – $72,000. Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity
