Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Registered Dietitian II to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to diverse, underserved patients in an academic, community health setting. The RD completes comprehensive nutrition assessments, develops and monitors individualized care plans, and delivers culturally responsive counseling for chronic disease, weight management, and other conditions. The role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and care managers, supports teaching of students and residents, contributes to quality improvement and public health initiatives, and advances CHA’s mission of equity, prevention, and community wellness.
