*** The Opportunity at a Glance
***** Salary:** $100,000–$115,000 annually + $5K Sign On Bonus!

* Schedule:

** Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays)  
** Territory:
** Cambridge/Somerville/Arlington/Watertown  
** Weekends, Holidays and On-Call:
** None required

**** Complete comprehensive evaluations in each patient’s home
* Develop treatment plans centered around meaningful, functional goals
* Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility and overall safety
* Support recovery following surgery, illness, injury or hospitalization
* Teach patients and caregivers how to use exercises and equipment safely
* Identify fall risks and recommend strategies for a safer home environment
* Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as patient needs change
* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists and clinical leadership
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation# ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------#
* Your Qualifications
** Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program
* Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance
* Ability and willingness to travel throughout territory
* Strong clinical judgment, communication and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team
* Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.##   ## ##
