Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered care at a high-quality Breast Center.
Key Responsibilities- Co-manage breast health patients alongside a physician, following departmental policies.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, order labs and imaging, and triage urgent calls.
- Support accreditation standards and collaborate with RN navigators on patient care.
- At least 2 years of PA experience, preferably in a Breast Center setting.
- Graduate of an accredited PA program with current Massachusetts licensure, DEA, and DPH registration.
- Current Basic Life Support "C" Certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
The position is part-time, 24 hours/week. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $108,000, based on experience. The role emphasizes serving diverse, underserved populations with a commitment to quality and teamwork.
